The Lead Business Analyst will manage multiple programs/systems within the Digital Technology Safety & Security Team, collaborating with project members including architects, analysts, project managers, developers, quality leaders, and senior leadership.
The role involves understanding the needs of Safety, Corporate Security, and Police units, developing strategies to gather functional business requirements, and leading requirements sessions with subject matter experts.
- Document all business, functional, and technical requirements, including Requirements Specification, Use Cases, and RTM.
- Create detailed process documentation for current and future state business and technical processes.
- Become proficient in BA-related PMLP delivery documentation.
- Participate in weekly project and S&S team meetings.
- Provide functional testing support to development teams as needed.
