Join the Electrical Products digital transformation team to connect business needs with IT and support the delivery of data products, analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Data Excellence Manager, you will help turn business priorities into practical solutions, improve adoption, and create measurable value through technology. You'll make a difference by: Help business functions understand the TEA Digital Transformation Program, identify use cases, and maximize value from automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and self-service capabilities. Build relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate workshops to ideate, assess, and prioritize use cases based on impact and effort. Develop concise executive updates and business cases that support management review and approval. Partner with IT and business subject matter experts to define requirements, finalize use case specifications, manage projects, coordinate user acceptance testing, support production releases, and create business-facing documentation. Monitor Data and AI platform service incidents, coordinate resolution, and support process improvements, platform migrations, and new value proposition launches. Catalog Snowflake data products, semantics, and metadata for structured and unstructured AI-ready data sources. Coach citizen developers on Tableau, KNIME, generative AI prompting, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and related best practices while strengthening training, governance, and the community of practice. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least a minor in analytics or a related field. 5+ years of experience with the following: Business analysis for data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, or digital transformation initiatives, including translating business needs into requirements and business cases. Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe, including project planning, iterative delivery, user acceptance testing, production releases, and cross-functional collaboration. Tableau, KNIME, Jira, Confluence, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and modern cloud data analytics architectures and services. SAP systems and related business processes, including extracting and defining requirements for projects and initiatives. Stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, change management, continuous improvement, learning new technologies, and teamwork. Experience in the product manufacturing industry. Consulting experience supporting business and technology initiatives.
