Requirements
Bachelor s degree preferred.
Experience with business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling.
Experience working with compliance requirements or mandated initiatives.
Ability to analyze data and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
