The selected Workers will operate at a senior level, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support solution delivery. This role requires strong experience in business analysis practices, with an emphasis on process documentation, use case development, and Agile project environments.Responsibilities:Serve as a senior-level Business Analyst supporting DPS emerging technology projects Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from internal and external stakeholders Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including: oBusiness requirements documents (BRDs)oUse cases and user storiesoProcess flows and workflow diagramsFacilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams Support Agile project teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement Ensure requirements align with DPS standards, policies, and strategic goals **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
