We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, solution design, and delivery for equity compensation platforms within a large financial services environment.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of employee equity compensation programs, financial reporting requirements, and modern technology ecosystems including Oracle, Azure, and UI-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Equity Plan Administration, Record Keeping, and Employee Equity Compensation processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to elicit and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design, implementation, validation, and UAT activities.
• Collaborate with development teams working on Oracle, Azure, and modern web-based platforms.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements walkthroughs, and solution review sessions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Support financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements related to employee equity programs.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, reporting validation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives involving equity compensation platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Equity Plan Administration (EPA)
  • Employee Stock Plans
  • Stock Plan Administration
  • Equity Compensation Platforms
  • Record Keeping Systems
• Extensive experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting processes.
• Experience supporting equity compensation programs and reporting requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience working with:
  • Oracle
  • Azure
  • UI-based Applications
  • Database Technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
