Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) is hiring an Experience Business Analyst (Level 3) to support the Workforce Management Integration Team supporting BCA Skill Teams. The position will be based in Everett Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Analyzes and interprets data, supporting utilization and definition of data standards in support of BCA hiring and staffing

  • Comfortable using Excel, Tableau and other data sources to gather and align data in meaningful ways

  • Work as part of a team of responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the staffing demands across BCA

  • Provides feedback on assessment results

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership

  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management

  • Proficient with standard Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • Proficient with Data Analytics Tools

  • Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency

Shift:

This role is primarily 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range: $102,600 - $125,400
