As a Business Analyst, you will support the System Planning and Operational Design division by analyzing operational and planning data, improving business processes, and developing recommendations that enhance service performance. You will partner with planning, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of operational and customer-facing transit data.
In this role, you will contribute to service design, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and helping translate business needs into effective operational and technical solutions.

Working Conditions
Hybrid telework may be available. Availability is at management discretion and may not be available for this position based on the nature of the work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 10 pounds occasionally.

Community Transit has two bus bases and an administration building located in Everett. An expansion and update of their Casino Road campus facilities is currently underway, too.
