Position Summary

We are looking for a hungry, coachable Business Analyst to join our team in a development-focused role. What You'll Do

• Support business operations, data analysis, and reporting across defense and aerospace programs
• Gather, analyze, and communicate requirements between technical teams, clients, and leadership
• Assist in developing process documentation, workflows, and operational improvements
• Monitor program performance metrics and identify trends or inefficiencies
• Support project management activities including scheduling, status tracking, and deliverable coordination
• Learn the business from the ground up — no task is beneath you, no challenge too big
• Build relationships across cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–3 years of experience — we will develop the right person
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who takes ownership without being asked
