Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support operational and strategic decision-making to join our growing team. This role will work cross-functionally with finance, operations, supply chain, sales, and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights, improve visibility into business performance, and support forecasting and planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytically curious, systems minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and business needs evolve quickly. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, identifying trends and anomalies, and turning data into actionable insights.

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate operational and financial analysis to leadership teams.
  • Analyze manufacturing, sales, inventory, backlog, and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and planning activities related to demand, production, inventory, and revenue.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support business analysis and decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and standardization of KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc operational, financial, and product analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and increased operational visibility.
  • Assist with data validation and reporting accuracy across ERP systems and reporting tools.

 

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Economics, or related field required.

 

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Advanced Excel user capability (Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, data analysis, etc.) required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.

 

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or business intelligence roles.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms preferred.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and ERP experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights.
