LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Finance Business Analyst.
This role sits within the Finance department and serves as a key partner to leadership by helping transform financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing trends, building models, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational performance metrics
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI scorecards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
Perform profitability, revenue, and expense analysis
Create financial models to support business decisions
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business
Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
3+ years of financial analysis or business analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred
