Job Title: Business Analyst – FIS AddVantage Product
Location: Remote – EST

Contract: Long-Term / Potential FTE Conversion within 3–6 Months

- Strong Business Analysis experience in Wealth & Trust Management
- Hands-on experience with AddVantage implementations, enhancements, configuration, conversions/deconversions, and change requests
- Strong customer/stakeholder-facing experience
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in the FIS AddVantage platform and strong knowledge of Wealth & Trust Management operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience across the AddVantage product lifecycle, including conversions/deconversions, system configuration, enhancements, and change request management. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and FIS support/vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AddVantage conversions and deconversions, including data mapping, reconciliation, testing, and validation.
- Translate business requirements into AddVantage configuration specifications.
- Support platform configuration, enhancements, and change requests.
- Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, test cases, and functional documentation.
- Manage UAT, defect tracking, and release activities.
- Own the end-to-end Change Request (CR) lifecycle.
- Coordinate with FIS vendor/support teams for issue resolution and CR delivery.
- Act as the FIS AddVantage SME for Wealth & Trust Management.
- Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and SDLC activities.
- Work with QA, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills
- 10–15 years of Business Analysis experience with FIS AddVantage or equivalent trust/wealth accounting platforms
- Strong Wealth Management & Trust Management domain knowledge
- Experience with trust accounting, fiduciary operations, account administration, fee billing, tax processing, and reporting
- Experience with conversions/deconversions, configuration, enhancements, and/or CR management
- Strong documentation skills: BRD, FSD, User Stories, Test Cases
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall
- Strong data mapping, reconciliation, and validation skills
- SQL experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with FIS vendor/support teams
Good to Have
- Experience with TrustDesk, Charlotte, GWP, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of OCC, SOX, SOC1/SOC2 or other trust/fiduciary regulatory frameworks
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Exposure to HP ALM, qTest, Zephyr, or similar test management tools
- Banking, Asset Management, or Private Wealth experience
