REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).


JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and operational needs.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to define business and functional requirements.
  • Document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support solution design by validating that proposed functionality meets business needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct end-user training.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
  • Provide ongoing business support and enhancement requests for post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML), and user story writing.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Preferred Certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
