Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the Early Steps Data System project. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and interpreting business and technical requirements, managing EMR user acceptance testing, and providing post-implementation support. This role requires excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders and business processes to technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Articulate technology and business concepts to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage onboarding, technical validation, and certification of EMR systems.
• Produce detailed User Guides and provide post-implementation support.
• Assist with testing post-implementation system changes and conduct weekly status meetings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive EMR user documentation.
• Review project deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Support project logs and participate in status and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years in gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for system implementation.
• Minimum of two years with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and onboarding multiple EMR systems.
• Minimum of two years in early intervention data systems development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• US Citizenship required.

Preferences

• Experience collecting and analyzing data, and software process evaluation and improvements.
• Experience working independently and as a team member in complex system implementation.
• Experience in developing detailed project documentation and presentations.
• Assisting customers with business cases, application testing, and implementation.
