- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience required - Must be local to Fort Worth, TX; onsite 3 days per week - Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to create Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, Process Flows, Swim Lane Diagrams, and Impact Assessments - Effective communicator with leadership and executive stakeholders - Experience working across multiple business units and functional teams - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - No specific visa restrictions - No background check or drug screen required - Interviews will be conducted via video - LinkedIn profile required for candidate submission - Anticipated start date is 2-3 weeks after selection
