Job Title: Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite) Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional consulting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in marketing technology (MarTech), campaign management, or customer engagement platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery aligned with business objectives.
Participate in stakeholder workshops to define campaign strategies, offer management processes, and business solutions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
Analyze campaign performance and business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, and platform usage.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
Experience in MarTech, campaign management, customer engagement, or digital marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create detailed business requirements, process documentation, and functional specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or similar marketing automation solutions.
