Job Title:- Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with AI
Location:- Mc lean VA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $100000 to $140000/Annum + Full Time Benefits
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for complex digital programs
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business needs across business, product, technology, and vendor teams
- Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working on Salesforce-based programs, preferably Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Experience supporting member-facing or customer-facing digital platforms, preferably in banking or financial services
- Proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity and write user stories that are created by AI using prompts
- Additionally we would also like this resource to have experience in managing multiple business stake holders and creating the right balance with prioritizing multiple projects within the scope of their work
- Excellent documentation skills using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent AI / GenAI Skills for Business Analyst
- Generative AI & LLM Understanding
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot
- Knowledge of GenAI use cases across Banking, Financial Services, and Enterprise Operations
- Ability to identify business processes suitable for AI augmentation
- AI Requirements Engineering
- Elicit and document AI-specific business requirements
- Define AI success metrics, guardrails, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes
- Experience creating AI user stories and AI-driven process workflows
- Prompt Engineering
- Design, test, and Eligible to workimize prompts for business use cases
- Understand prompt patterns for summarization, classification, extraction, and decision support
- Experience with AI copilots and conversational assistants
- AI Process Mapping & Automation
- Identify automation opportunities using GenAI and Agentic AI
- Create future-state process models incorporating AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Experience with intelligent process automation initiatives
- AI Governance & Responsible AI
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks
- Understanding of bias, explainability, risk management, compliance, and data privacy
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles
- Data & AI Analytics
- Ability to interpret data for AI model effectiveness
- Experience with KPIs for AI adEligible to workion and productivity gains
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- AI Product & Agentic AI Exposure

- Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions across business, product, and technology teams
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and delivery-ready user stories and functional specifications
- Work closely with UX, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented as intended
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with accurate and prioritized requirements
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce implementation teams, and mobile development teams
- Ensure traceability between business objectives, functional requirements, and delivered functionality
- Support change management by assessing impact and updating documentation as requirements evolve
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate Consultantly in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
This initiative is a high-priority program, and we are looking for individuals who can contribute quickly and work effectively within a cross-functional delivery team. We already have internal technical leadership, development, and QA support in place, and these additional resources will be critical to successful execution.
