About the Role
We are seeking an
Operations Management Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role is ideal for an analytical and curious professional who can turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to build
Power BI dashboards, analyze operational metrics, support executive reporting, and improve reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics models to track KPIs and trends.
- Analyze capacity utilization, resource allocation, project efficiency, and other operational metrics.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis, executive reports, benchmarking models, and forecasting scenarios.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and streamline reporting.
- Support budget analysis, expense tracking, variance reporting, and operational planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting frameworks, and service delivery.
- Gather and compile operational, financial, and statistical information.
Required Qualifications
- 35 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training and quickly learn new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with benchmarking, forecasting, KPI reporting, or executive dashboards.
- Experience with budget analysis, financial reporting, or resource planning.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience improving reporting processes, data quality, or operational workflows.
