Business Analyst

Sparks Group in partnership with a leading aviation manufacturer is seeking a Business Analyst.  As the Business Analyst, you will be working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment and responsible for analyzing operational data and driving strategic decision-making by helping to shape a specific portfolio.  The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of applicable business analysis and reporting, along with experience building various reporting tools, with strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau.  If you’re seeking your next opportunity, apply now!

• Consolidate, clean, and manage raw data across multiple platforms into a central repository (e.g., Skywise, AppSheet) to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
• Analyze operational data to identify cost drivers, boost stock accuracy, reduce logistics expenses, and mitigate performance penalty risks.
• Establish, monitor, and deliver key performance metrics regarding stock availability, efficiency, and overall cost drivers to executive management.
• Track and coordinate forecasted removals, repairs, and material needs for TBO (Time Between Overhaul) and SLL (Service Life Limit) assets with repair facilities and suppliers.
• Drive global alignment by communicating quarterly forecast requirements across internal procurement, global supply chain, and external key vendors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, statistics, aeronautics or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis and reporting
• Intermediate level user Microsoft Office with focus in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau
• Additional experience building data analysis, reporting and performance metric tools is a plus
