Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
- Document and communicate requirements to development teams.
- Support the product owner in refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Provide tactical support for Oracle CPQ, including attending daily calls to groom and clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive development team results.
- Filter Aha suggestions and conduct intake calls to refine requirements.
- Write business requirements from Aha for CPQ development.
- Answer questions from development teams about requirements in development.
- Test enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements documents and user story needs.
- Draft release notes and verify that releases to production are complete and correct.
- Participate in the pilot project to implement CSS Quoting Process 2.0.
- Drive enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Oracle CPQ
- Familiarity with Salesforce
