Business Analyst

Role Summary

As a Business Analyst, you'll translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements that help teams deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions. You will support projects end-to-end by facilitating communication, defining scope, and improving how work moves from idea to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to elicit and validate requirements
• Documenting business processes, workflows, and user stories; maintain traceability
• Managing JIRA backlogs, sprint artifacts, and continuous-improvement ceremonies
• Analyzing structured and unstructured data (SQL/Python or similar) to inform priorities and reporting
• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate documentation, analysis, and decision support

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or other related field OR equivalent on-the-job training.
• Experience: 1+ year relevant experience in a technical environment. Experience conducting queries using SQL, Python or similar data analysis and modeling tools. Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent. Experience using AI tools for data analysis, modeling, documentation, and reporting.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and proactive in cross-functional team environments; problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset; high attention to detail.
