Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance solutions.
• Support product development, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.
• Healthcare technology experience required; HIM or clinical document workflow experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Knowledge of clinical, RCM, and patient journey workflows preferred.
• Experience with AI and product requirements preferred.
• HIM certification is a plus but not required.
