Business Analyst - Hanover,MD - Contract -$49.00-$59.00 Per HR
Join our team as a Business Analyst in Hanover, where you'll work on a contract basis with a hybrid work model. You'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing business data, collaborating with various teams, and supporting data initiatives using advanced data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and data dictionaries.
- Support data migration, transformation, and integration initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data management, and reporting concepts.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
