Job Summary:

Seeking for a Business Analyst to support manual record deduplication by identifying and resolving duplicate patient demographic and vaccination records. This role involves processing vaccination record requests and change requests from the public. 

Responsibilities:

• Manually merge immunization records in duplicate case queues.
• Merge duplicate records identified by providers reporting to team.
• Separate and resolve comingled or incorrectly merged records.
• Identify trends in duplicate record creation and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manual merging.
• Process immunization record requests and change requests.
• Provide hotline support and communicate with the public regarding their requests.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve duplicates and comingled records.
• Foster a respectful and diverse work environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Data analysis and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in using distance communication tools like conference calls and webinars.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective communication skills in writing, orally, electronically, and in-person.
• Ability to make decisions based on independent judgment and standard procedures.
