Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of our business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track key performance indicators and provide visibility into business operations

- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the leadership team

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and success

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our business operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of successfully driving process improvements and delivering results
