  • Track action items, process milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.

  • Support reporting and status communication for leadership and program stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve consistency, accountability, measurement, and operational adoption.

  • Assist with implementation planning to ensure new or revised processes are practical for infrastructure teams to execute.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or related role in enterprise technology environments.

  • Strong experience working with infrastructure organizations, such as server, network, cloud, storage, platform, or operations teams.

  • Experience supporting security, risk, compliance, or remediation-related initiatives in a technology environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to document and improve operational processes across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, procedures, and governance artifacts.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on action items.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure security concepts such as:

    • vulnerability management

    • patch lifecycle processes

    • asset ownership and accountability

    • CMDB/process dependencies

    • remediation planning and tracking

  • Experience supporting technology transformation, governance, or control-related initiatives.
