You will work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
- Provide recommendations and insights to management based on data analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards business goals
- Identify risks and issues that may impact business operations and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes and strategies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
