Job Description


Cintas is currently looking for a Business Analyst Level 1 for the Mobile Applications team. The Business Analyst Level 1 is responsible for: providing Tier I technical support for application issues and for assisting with the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client’s business requirements. The Mobile Business Analyst collaborates with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies. The IT Mobile Business Analyst supports several low to moderately complex business processes.


Skills/Qualifications


Required


+ High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in the following areas supporting mobile technology: Mobile Device Hardware (handhelds / tablets); Android operating system; Connectivity

+ Minimum 1 year of experience with mobile application development

+ Minimum 1 year of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering with a strong emphasis on communication with customer

+ Minimum 1 year of experience writing business requirements and developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases
