This position works with IT management supporting the development and administration of business, strategic training plans, and related activities managing support resources.
Specific duties include:
Participates in the development, testing and implementation of automated forms, tracking applications, FOCUS, NEOGOV, CRM, and other systems to include social media to meet agency needs, and provides related end user training.
Participates in identification and development of systems, apps and web capabilities that support the business of the Department of Information Technology (DIT), utilizing systems such as Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Forms, Teams, Planner, and Sharepoint; documents requirements, analyzes business processes and recommends improvements.
Assist in developing guidelines and policies.
Works with IT managers and directors on workforce, resources, projections and program measurements.
Supports the human resources manager with conducting analysis of employee related data such as labor information, compensation and related personnel budget matters.
Works on other special project task forces and committees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
