Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst II to support our Climate Sustainability team with data-driven insights for supplier decarbonization efforts. The role involves managing supplier relations, tracking and reporting on decarbonization initiatives, and enhancing process efficiencies. This position is integral in supporting long-term sustainability strategy, offering opportunities for significant impacts on environmental and social advancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track supplier performance and engagement in decarbonization efforts.
- Generate and validate accurate reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards to enhance visibility into supplier carbon performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to review and improve sustainability criteria and processes.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:- Strong analytical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL and Salesforce.
Industry Experience:- Experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields is highly preferred.
- This is an on-site role at our Seattle location (SEA41), with potential travel involved. The position has a possibility for extension beyond the initial 36-week duration based on performance and project needs.
