The Quality Performance Analyst tasks include:

• Support the Global Quality, Process Excellence, and Risk Management team by monitoring and analyzing the overall health and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Responsible for evaluating quality performance through the review of data, metrics, process performance indicators, and risk signals to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Advance data-driven decision-making by helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality reporting and analytics.

• Collaborate with business, quality, and technology partners to support the evolution and maintenance of the Global Quality Dashboard, helping define requirements, align metrics, support data governance activities, and ensure reporting outputs effectively meet business needs.

• Support the continued maturation and standardization of the Global Quality Risk Management program by helping establish common risk management practices, reporting frameworks, risk indicators, and governance processes across Quality.

• Assist in developing a consistent approach to risk identification, assessment, monitoring, escalation, and reporting, enabling improved visibility into quality risks and supporting a proactive, risk-informed quality culture.

• Support AI-enabled initiatives by validating outputs and insights for business relevance and helping identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance quality monitoring, reporting, and risk detection capabilities.

Quality Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Monitor and analyze QMS performance through quality metrics, KPIs, and risk indicators.

• Identify trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.

• Develop insights and recommendations to support quality and business decision-making.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc performance reports for leadership and governance forums.

Risk Management & Intelligence

• Apply a risk-based approach to monitoring quality and operational performance.

• Identify leading indicators and early warning signals of potential quality or compliance issues.

• Support risk assessments, risk reporting, and mitigation tracking activities.

• Support the development and implementation of a standardized Quality Risk Management framework.

• Assist in establishing common risk methodologies, scoring models, governance processes, and reporting practices.

• Maintain risk registers, key risk indicators (KRIs), and related reporting mechanisms.

Dashboard, Data Governance & Reporting

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Global Quality Dashboard.

• Define, align, and maintain KPI and KRI definitions, reporting standards, and data governance practices.

• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.

• Drive data consistency, data quality improvements, and alignment across quality processes and systems.

AI Enablement & Business Support

• Validate AI-generated outputs, insights, and trends for accuracy and business relevance.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, monitoring, and risk detection.

• Collaborate with technology teams to support adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions.

Quality Operations & Compliance Support

• Monitor quality records, CAPAs, investigations, findings, and other quality deliverables for timeliness.

• Proactively engage stakeholders to address overdue and at-risk quality records.

• Support governance reviews by providing performance, risk, and compliance insights.

• Promote standardization and consistent execution of quality processes across the organization.

Required Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in quality systems, business intelligence, risk management, and performance analytics.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing executive dashboards, defining and managing KPIs and KRIs, performing trend and risk analysis, and supporting Quality Management Systems within a global environment.

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, data governance, risk management frameworks, and AI-enabled analytics is strongly preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma and/or ASQ certifications are highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills, a risk-based mindset, experience working with quality and operational data, and familiarity with automation and reporting tools.
