IDR is seeking a Business Analyst III to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with a strong data focus who can lead requirements work, facilitate stakeholders, and support initiatives within healthcare systems.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst III:
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis, including investigation, critical thinking, and documentation of complex clinical and business processes.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate needs into clear deliverables (requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, etc.).
- Use SQL for data profiling and analytical discovery/validation.
- Conceptualize solutions in terms of data/object models and application flows.
- Facilitate meetings (in-person and remote), navigate sensitive discussions, and drive stakeholder alignment to reach consensus.
- Support delivery across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies within an iterative SDLC.
- Provide leadership through coaching/mentoring (supervisory experience preferred).
Requirements for the Business Analyst III:
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation & analysis and documenting complex processes.
- Strong technical and data acumen (data/object modeling, application flows).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data profiling/analytical purposes.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with healthcare information systems (e.g., EMR/EHR, Revenue Cycle, operational systems).
