Job Title: Business Analyst IIILocation: Seattle, WAZip Code: 98108Start Date: Right AwayPay Rate: $58.1/hr.Contract: 3 monthsKeywords: #SeattleJobs; #BusinessAnalystJobs;Job Description: ⦁ Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization⦁ Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs⦁ Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions⦁ Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements⦁ Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation)⦁ Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership⦁ Work as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply ChainBasic Qualifications:⦁ 5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role⦁ 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience⦁ Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting⦁ Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights⦁ Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:⦁ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field⦁ Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing or logistics
