Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Business Analyst III for their Toronto, ON  location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Business Analyst with hands-on experience working directly within workflow-driven enterprise applications (e.g., TRIRIGA, Pega or similar), with the ability to work through system modules to understand how processes, workflows, and functionality operate, and document them in a structured and detailed manner.
  • In this role, you will support and evolve Client Enterprise Real Estate technology platform by applying strong, hands-on experience working within workflow-driven systems.
  • You will act as a key bridge between Enterprise Real Estate stakeholders and technology delivery teams, translating business needs into well-defined functional requirements and ensuring solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.
  • This role is best suited to a seasoned, hands-on Business Analyst with experience working directly within enterprise applications and workflow engines.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how systems are designed to operate, with the ability to work through applications to understand process flows, system behavior, and module functionality, and translate those into clear, structured documentation.
  • A key focus of the role is to support the modernization of the platform by leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and standardizing workflows.
  • The candidate should be comfortable analyzing how processes should function within the system, identifying opportunities to simplify and align to platform capabilities, and producing documentation that reflects intended system design and behavior.
  • The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to move between business and system perspectives.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional enterprise environment, collaborating with both business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Experience with IBM TRIRIGA is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong experience in similar workflow-based platforms (such as Pega or other BPM tools) will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Work directly within applications to analyze and understand end-to-end process flows and system behavior
  • Interpret how workflows and modules function across different parts of the platform
  • Translate platform capabilities into clear, structured functional documentation and process designs
  • Experience producing high-quality documentation, including process flows, functional requirements, and system-level descriptions
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments, partnering with both business and technology teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Requirements:
  • Required qualifications & experience
  • Proven, hands-on experience working with workflow-driven enterprise platforms, such as:
  • IBM TRIRIGA (nice to have)
  • Pega or similar case management / workflow-based applications
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Workflow-based systems, including process flows, approvals, states, and lifecycle management
  • How enterprise platforms drive and control business processes through system configuration
  • Out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality vs. customization trade-offs
  • Must-have hard skills:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working within enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience working with workflow-driven enterprise platforms,
  • Nice-to-have:
  • IBM TRIRIGA
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
