Key Responsibilities:

" Gather and document requirements for crop insurance products and claims workflows.
" Collaborate with stakeholders including farmers, insurers, regulators, and IT teams.
" Analyze yield data, weather models, and actuarial inputs to support product design.
" Ensure compliance with USDA RMA (U.S.) or IRDAI/PMFBY (India) regulations.
" Support implementation of policy administration systems and GIS mapping tools.
" Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.

Desired Skills:

" Strong domain knowledge in crop insurance and agricultural finance.
" Experience with insurance policy systems, claims processing, and compliance reporting.
" Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
" Prior exposure to RCIS, PMFBY, or private agri-insurance projects preferred.


Qualifications:

" Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or related field.
" 3 5 years of BA experience in insurance or financial services.
" Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
