Position Overview
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Intermediate to support survey management and data reporting initiatives. The role involves maintaining structured survey schedules, launching new data reporting projects, and supporting analytics efforts through reporting tools and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage survey schedules in alignment with project scope and timelines
- Initiate and support new survey and data reporting projects as required
- Develop, analyze, and maintain survey data and reporting outputs
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine reporting needs
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports using tools such as Qualtrics, Smart Evals, Sogo Survey, Alchemer, or similar platforms
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- 2+ years of experience working with Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query tools
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (required and must be verifiable)
Additional Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and data quality focus
