Business Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-priority insurance technology initiative. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to gather requirements, document processes, support system implementation efforts, and help drive alignment across a fast-changing environment.
The ideal candidate has strong insurance industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities and scope evolve.
Required Skills
- Business Analyst experience supporting technology, transformation, or system implementation projects
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
- Insurance background
- Strong ability to work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Tools: Jira and Guidewire
Preferred Skills
- Guidewire experience
- Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Experience supporting platform modernization, system implementation, or operational transformation projects
- Post-production monitoring with Glassbox or Gridspace (2 platforms for call monitoring)
- Any Scaled Agile Certification
