Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic product and business initiatives through business analysis, delivery coordination, and execution tracking activities. This role partners with business, technology, operations, and risk teams to ensure initiatives progress according to defined objectives, delivery plans, and governance requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and organizational skills, experience working in structured or Agile environments, and the ability to navigate complex technology and business landscapes. This individual will support execution outcomes, maintain key delivery artifacts, and contribute to the successful delivery of business priorities in a large-scale, regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Execution

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Support process analysis, identifying gaps, impacts, and improvement opportunities.

• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation.

• Ensure requirements and execution artifacts are accurate, complete, and traceable.

• Support backlog readiness and refinement activities.

Delivery Coordination & Execution

• Partner with business, technology, operations, and risk teams to support delivery objectives.

• Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and action items.

• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and potential delays.

• Coordinate follow-up activities and facilitate communication across stakeholders.

• Prepare status updates, execution reports, and leadership summaries.

• Support validation activities and escalate risks through established governance processes.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure work is executed in accordance with risk, compliance, and change management standards.

• Maintain required documentation for governance and regulatory requirements.

• Identify, monitor, and escalate operational or compliance risks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous Product owner/product management or Business Analyst experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to analyze complex datasets and draw sound, fact-based conclusions.

• Experience supporting delivery plans, milestones, dependency management, and execution tracking.

• Ability to understand and operate within complex technology and business environments.

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other structured delivery methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with requirements documentation, reporting, and execution tracking tools.

• Experience within Payments, Treasury Services, Merchant Services, or related financial services functions. (preferred)

• Experience working in large-scale, highly regulated environments.

• Familiarity with governance, compliance, risk management, and change management frameworks.

• Exposure to product delivery, transformation initiatives, or enterprise technology implementations.
