Business Analyst - IT I

Full time onsite - 3 in office days at the Client.

The candidate will need to have their own laptop for this engagement

Business consultants are generally involved work in areas such as marketing, human resources, management, finance and accounting.
Business consultants are responsible for improving companies' operations by assessing weaknesses and recommending business solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Meeting with Stakeholder when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation.
Collecting information about the business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients
Based on clients' requirement, work on projects related to recruiting, payroll, production, budgeting, promotional campaigns etc.
Communicate with and meet with clients when needed
Perform initial assessments for each client before the project begins
Collect as much information about the client's business as possible
Understand clients' needs and wants
Perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.
Constantly recommend solutions for improvement
Develop detailed business plans
Determine the project's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Track KPIs and prepare reports

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Experience in business consultation on a corporate level
Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and database

-Years of Experience :
- 2-3 years in Client / Supply Chain/Analytics/ Laboratory area

Degree of sciences Required:
(Engineering Chemistry IT) Reporting of data for nutrition ingredients and regulatory.
Database management for Client products sold at McDonald 's.
Reporting system training and onboarding for technician maintenance at McDonald s.
General reporting data entry and data analytics for supply chain function.
Metrics and analytics for quality.
Use reports generated by Power BI customer database other internal tools (no Power BI building needed but a plus).
Leverage global relationship with scientific and supply chain stakeholders.-
