Business Analyst / IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate IT projects, procurement activities, and asset management processes from start to finish.
Track IT assets, purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and related documentation.
Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate hardware/software purchases and deployments.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation using Excel and other business tools.
Monitor project timelines, follow up on open items, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Assist with IT asset lifecycle activities, including procurement, deployment, inventory, refresh, and retirement.
Analyze data and provide reports to support business and technology decisions.
Identify process issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Support audits, compliance activities, and other IT operations initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Coordinator, IT Procurement Analyst, or IT Asset Management Analyst.
Experience with IT procurement, asset management, or technology operations.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to learn new IT tools, processes, and technologies.
Preferred:

Experience with ServiceNow, ITAM tools, procurement systems, or inventory management platforms.
Experience working with hardware/software vendors and enterprise IT environments.
Experience supporting project management, audit, or compliance activities.
