Title: Business Analyst – ITS / Data Mapping Eagan, MN (Hybrid role)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong requirements-gathering and data analysis skills to support healthcare-related business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) and data mapping, and will be comfortable working across business and technical teams. Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
Support initiatives involving ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) processes, workflows, and integrations.
Perform data mapping between source and target systems, including field-level mapping, data definitions, and transformation requirements.
Analyze business processes and system functionality to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support testing activities, including requirements validation, defect clarification, and user acceptance testing.
Maintain business requirements documents, process flows, data mapping documentation, and related project artifacts.
Required Qualifications
Strong Business Analysis experience.
Hands-on experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System).
Strong data mapping experience.
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior healthcare or health insurance experience.
Experience supporting payer, claims, enrollment, eligibility, or related healthcare systems.
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.
