About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Global Process Owner (GPO) to join Meta on a contract basis to provide maternity leave coverage. This role is responsible for maintaining and overseeing global credit operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and support business growth.
You will step into an established function, partnering with cross-functional teams and global vendors while helping advance ongoing AI-driven finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end global credit process, including onboarding, credit approvals, credit limits, and dispute resolution
  • Maintain day-to-day operational continuity, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant (SOX), and aligned with global standards
  • Monitor and manage credit risk exposure, using established frameworks and analytics to balance risk and revenue
  • Support and enhance AI and automation initiatives in credit and collections workflows
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure process alignment
  • Partner with and oversee BPO vendors supporting credit and collections operations globally
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in credit operations, credit risk, collections, or revenue operations
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end credit lifecycle (credit assessment, limits, portfolio management, collections, disputes)
  • Experience with financial controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements
  • Exposure to automation, AI tools, or workflow technologies in finance operations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, advertising, or high-growth environments with high-volume credit operations
  • Experience with credit scoring models, risk analytics, or predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with RPA, process mining, or intelligent automation platforms
  • Experience working with BPO or outsourced operations teams
  • Background in shared services or global business services environments
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CICM, FRM, PRM)
