Analyst with a strong background in Java/React application development. This position
will be focused on application development projects using Java and PrimeReact on a
Kubernetes platform. The selected candidate will serve as the critical link between
business stakeholders and the technical engineering team, ensuring requirements are
effectively translated into scalable, modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and storyboarding
sessions to identify:
o Business objectives
o Functionality gaps
o Business processes
• Provide system analysis to identify integrations and assess impacts to existing
processes and functions across teams.
• Assist the Project Manager with:
o Creating work breakdown structures from requirements
o Entering and managing tasks in Jira
o Taking notes during meetings
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary communication channel between:
o Operational teams
o Subject matter experts (SMEs)
o Development teams
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria.
• Execute test plans and validate system fixes.
• Coordinate resolution of UAT and testing feedback with developers.
• Incorporate ADA compliance into the UAT and QA process.
Lifecycle Support
• Oversee the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including:
o System specification preparation
o Final deployment
o End-user training
• Lead software demonstrations and training sessions.
• Draft:
o User-facing documentation
o Knowledge articles
o How-to videos
• Assist with customer support related to policy, process, and how-to questions.
Backlog Management
• Own and refine the product backlog.
• Write detailed:
o User stories
o Acceptance criteria
o Mapping for Java backend services
o Mapping for React frontend components
Technical Communication
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on:
o System architecture
o API integrations
o Database design
• Help stakeholders understand application capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
• Minimum of 10–12 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product
Owner in enterprise Java/React ecosystems.

Requirements
Required and Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise Java/React ecosystems.
• Technical Skills: Must have a deep foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, microservices, and modern UI/UX principles. Exceptional capability in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Soft Skills: Must be a self-starter and consistently perform with a sense of urgency. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate directly with non-technical business users.
Nice to Have Skills: BA Certifications, JIRA experience, ADA Compliance experience, other related certifications. Please attach certification to submission if applicable.
Interview Process: All first-round interviews are generally conducted via TEAMS meeting but we reserve the right to ask for an in-person second interview if desired. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the main communication channel linking operational teams, subject matter experts, and development teams.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria, execute test plans, and validate system fixes. Coordinate the resolution of UAT/testing feedback with developers and incorporate ADA compliance into the UAT/QA process.
- Lifecycle Support: Oversee end-to-end SDLC from system specification prep to final deployment and end-user training.
