Partner with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution to understand operational challenges and business needs.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Epics, and User Stories.
Provide functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules related to: Inventory Management Procurement Sales Order Management Manufacturing Warehouse Management Transportation and Logistics
Serve as the SME for WMS integrations and warehouse operations including RF devices, barcode scanning, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting, and inventory movements.
Support and enhance integrations between JDE, WMS platforms, RFSmart/RF solutions, EDI, and third-party logistics applications.
Work closely with business users to troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.
Collaborate with development, QA, and offshore teams during design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, SIT/UAT coordination, and release validation.
Assist in data validation, testing scenarios, and business acceptance testing.
Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, process reviews, and status meetings with business and IT leadership.
Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
Strong functional expertise in JDE Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
Must have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF-enabled warehouse operations.
Experience supporting warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control.
Strong understanding of WMS/JDE integrations and EDI transactions.
Experience working in manufacturing and distribution environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and project delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with offshore delivery teams and cross-functional business groups.
Client-facing experience preferred.
Experience with RFSmart or other RF/mobile warehouse solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies.
Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and automation solutions.
Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation or modernization initiatives.
