Work site: Miami, US (Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

The Business Analyst / Jira Administrator is responsible for gathering business requirements, improving processes, and administering Jira to support Agile project delivery. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure requirements are accurately documented and translated into actionable user stories, epics, and tasks. Responsibilities include configuring Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, dashboards, automations, permissions, and reporting capabilities. The position supports backlog management, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and process improvement initiatives while providing leadership with visibility into project performance through dashboards and metrics. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile methodologies, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and Jira administration. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Confluence, Power BI, Jira Automation, and enterprise project delivery environments. The role ensures Jira governance, user support, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement across teams and programs.
