Program Overview

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 2 - Enterprise Applications Support - delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management.

Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Business Analyst - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by analyzing mission workflows and operational processes to ensure alignment with government needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining functional and technical specifications, supporting requirements documentation, and validating delivered capabilities. This role is integral to translating business needs into technical solutions, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ARNG enterprise IT program.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze mission workflows and operational processes to define functional specifications.
  • Document and support system requirements to ensure alignment with performance objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
  • Develop use cases and data mapping to support system integration efforts.
  • Validate delivered capabilities against documented requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.
