Description
Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to *** Health outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts.
The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins in partnership with the Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitoring payments and tracking action items.
The Business Analyst will also be responsible for process improvement, understanding various tools and systems and outlining core pain points impacting the Customer base.
The Business Analyst will lead workstreams and Customer conversations to address root cause issues and end to end process flow to ensure invoices are addressed and Customer experience is improved.
Main qualifications:
Program Management, Process Improvement, Collections/HealthCare experience preferred.
