Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Analyst 3Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractJob Description/ Requirement:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.5+ years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.Experience creating and managing epics, features, user stories, and project backlogs.5+ years of experience understanding BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.5+ years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements.Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.Experience creating product roadmaps.Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio is preferred.2+ years of QA experience is preferred.Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at jobs@global-itech.com
