Required Skills:- 5 years' experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows.
- 5 years' experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
- 3 to 5 years' experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- 3 to 5 years' experience with Microsoft office including Visio (for process flow creation).
- 3 to 5 years' experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
