We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Lease Administration team in program coordination and governance activities. This role will work with team leadership to support global governance initiatives, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and provide technical and analytical support for business needs.

Key job responsibilities

Program Support

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Coordinate program updates and contribute to business reviews
  • Support ongoing program improvements

Technical Support

  • Address technical requests including system access and reporting needs
  • Query databases for analysis and reporting
  • Support dashboard development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with technology partners on system-related matters

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support team leadership including program managers and asset managers
  • Facilitate communication across teams
  • Build relationships with partner organizations
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate reports on key metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support data quality initiatives
  • Document processes and create guidance materials

The Data Center (DC) Lease Portfolio Management Team manages all lease administration functions for the Americas and provides Lease Abstraction and data controllership support for the existing and expanding Data Center and Colocation portfolios globally. We manage contract and invoice intake and are the POCs for the Landlord and vendor onboarding process, account reconciliations and payment inquiries in the Americas.
