Position Specific Description
looking for a strong Business Analsyt to work with NEER Regulatory & Political Aff airs.

Responsibilities include:
Work with NEER Regulatory & Political Aff airs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and execute contracts for lobbying and political consultants
Ensure proper retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs Sharepoint site
Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site
Ensure proper coding of invoices and timely payment of vendors
Prepare requests for political contributions and track of the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site
Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions

Key Business Analyst Qualifications
Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, Excel, SharePoint and SAP Accounts Payable
Knowledge of legal terminology and governance helpful
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet numerous competing and urgent deadlines
Ability to follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices
Requires clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar
Must be able to work in a team environment
Ability to communicate tactfully with internal management and staff at all levels
Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial

Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 3+ years
